YOGA: Take back your wholeness, one class at a time
- Asana practice to integrate mind, body and spirit
- Classes include asana, pranayama and meditation
- Join Yair weekly, or as and when you please
- Classes are designed to match the individual levels in the groups, with a strong emphasis on the breath, mindfulness and relaxation
- Sunday morning 10am to 11am CET
- Online via zoom or in-person (Andalusia, Spain)
- Classes usually last one hour
- 8 Euros per class (or 8 class pack for 56 Euros)
